The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable! I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge. I loved my blanket and pillow, very comfortable. The bath is new and equipped with everything you need, there are two shower cans for all your needs.

They helped us with the metro & kept our luggage after we checked out so we could go sight seeing. Close to Shimbashi Station & lots of great food around in the back streets.Had a fantastic view from our room on the 23rd floor. Super clean bathroom that included a great range of toiletries. Internet available-password in the room manual. Beds were comfort. The central location of the hotel was excellent. The Ginza was a short walk from the hotel. It was very close to the JR Shimbashi train station. There were many small restaurants around the hotel precinct. Taxis were always stationed outside the hotel. It was short taxi ride to Toyko Station. The hotel room on the 20 th floor had outstanding views of the city skyline and glimpses of Tokyo Bay. The room had all modern conveniences and very comfortable bedding. Reception staff were helpful wit. The hotel is located very close to the Tokyo train station, which makes it very easy to reach. The view of the hotel is great, the room is small but it has everything you need to have a nice and pleasant visit. The toiletries offered by the hotel cover all your possible needs. The staff is very friendly. Metro of Ginza is at a very close distance, and you are surrounded by many restaurants and shops. They have a shuttle service to the Narita airport that is very convenient. Nice bar and restau. We had an accidental and substantial overcharge on a credit card discovered by the hotel after our departure. They made every effort to contact us and alert us promptly. They were very apologetic and tried to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Very good location. The room looks a little small at first glance, but in Tokyo it will cost a lot more to have bigger rooms. A big window is right next to our bed,and from the window we could see the view of Ginza streets. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower and bath are separated. Super soundproof rooms - we were next to elevator and thought we'd need to move to another room but we did not hear a thing during our one-week stay. The location of the hotel is located just a few blocks away from the Shimbashi train station. Also, it's within walking distance from the Ginza shopping district and the Tsukiji fish market. The amenities were good and our beds were extremely comfortable. Water, coffee and tea were free of charge in the rooms as well as daily newspaper service. The service was excellent - one example - on Sunday morning we were going to go to church. We needed a cab. It was raining. one of the staff, in suit and tie, went with us to the ground floor, ran out into the rain, stood in the middle of the street, and flagged down a cab for us so that we wouldn't get wet! If you aim to be an eco-friendly hotel, please don't take away the toothbrush every day, it's still good and can be used more than once/twice!. Room was on the small side, it was difficult to open both suitcases & there was a small table pushed against the couch which we had to climb around to get to the fridge & jug. No negative comments. Room is a little bit small, but it looks new and modern, and has everything you need. We chose to dine in the hotel one evening and regretably there must have been a language misunderstanding when ordering, because only one meal arrived instead of two. The waiter had mentioned a 20 minute delay so we did not react when the second meal hadn't arrived with the first. By the time we realised it was not going to arrive it was too late to raise this with the kitchen. A reminder to make very clear your requests even when it appears all has been understood. Recommended a restaurant that proved to be very expensive. every day when i wake up, i can see through the windows of brands like burberry, mont blanc, shisedo.... really tempting the entrance of the hotel is aloof. as a first timer you might feel lost. room is on the smaller side. lobby is on the 16th floor. no driveway from street to entrance. BUT we were very happy with the choice of this hotel. I think that for the price the breakfast could be included. No early check in even when the room is ready. The size of the rooms. Nothing, could not fault this hotel. 1. Room is a little small but comfortable. It'll be too crampy if you've more than 2 big luggages. 2. Aircon is weak. Costs of food and drinks at the bar are way too high - better to drink and eat outside the hotel. They need to be more eco-friendly. A card that says we change linens every other day unless you request more often would be very nice. What didn't I like? The only thing I didn't like is that I had to go I wish I could've stayed longer . Breakfast is nice but a bit pricey. Bedroom is very small. Do not bring more than one suitcase. Small room bed is too narrow (1.4 m) for 2 adults Hotel bar has no non smoking area Restaurant overpriced and not flexible. There is no limousine bus from Haneda Airport only from Narita. Rooms quite compact and may be rather tight for larger guests. Rooms are very small for this price class. B. Staff is friendly, but doesn't speak sufficient english and thus, cannot help you in any situation. The concierge is no exception from that. They wouldn't call us a taxi, mentioning, that a taxi stand would be nearby. Staff isn't great, which we expected for this hotel. Small room size but manageable. Nothing. none. Nothing.
