The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Best free wifi signals, it deserves 2 thumbs up for that. Short walking distance to the tsukiji market, the staffs were very helpful. Upon checking out we had a box that required packing and they provided tapes and strings and packed for us at their front desk. They have exclusive amenities which I love their scents so much. There were many restaurants .
all reviews » Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear, Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city on the way. Ease of access,helpful staff,near to a great variety of restaurants,Family mart on B1 level has all you might need to tie you over for basic needs.View on a clear day is awesome Tokyo tower Mount Fuji and city view.I stayed with my 8 year old son and he felt totally at ease, with a view of shimbashi station and trains coming and going to keep his attention. Beds super comfy woke up each morning feeling refreshed and alive. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. What impressed us most, were the tremendous views of Tokyo from the hotel rooms and the lobby. Size of the rooms was also great, as compared to Japanese standards. One should also mention that the location of the hotel is extremely convenient - Shiodome and Shimbashi stations are just round the corner. Moreover, a gorgeous park is located within a 5 min walking distance. The view is amazing, we had a room with a view on Tokyo Tower which was great. Room was large for Tokyo standards and came with a lot of amenities. So it is close to Shimbashi and shiodome station altough the latter requires some stairs to reach street level. You can walk from the hotel to Ginza district. Staff speaks fluent english and there is free Wifi!. MRT & train lines were nearby: just a couple of stops away from Tokyo main station. The view of the Tokyo Tower is amazing. I was celebrating my birthday on the 3rd day we were checked in & found a complimentary bottle of champagne when we got back at night. Great experience of the hotel and Tokyo in all. I was in Tokyo on business and the hotel's location made it easy to get around. Good access to the subway and above ground rail system and the limousine bus from Narita Airport dropped off and picked up from the front door making it very convenient. The Tokyo Tower View is just fantastic !!! Design hotel , with THANN shower products . You have what you ask for , just ask !! There is a limousine bus from the hotel to the airport with just a few more money than the JR metro , take it !!. We loved the location, views, the breakfast buffet, the bar and the convenience of having a 711 in the basement. They provided a portable cot for our baby which was helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again. The location is perfect and the view is amazing. Having to use two different elevators to get to our room was mildly annoying. If I was to find fault it would be a very minor one.NONE. So there are several options to reach this hotel which is located on top of the media tower. Floor 25 to 35 is the hotel. So you first have to take an elevator to floor 25 than through the lobby to the elevators which took you to floor 26-35.. kinda annoyinh. Nothing. Breakfast level should be equal to the design level and the whole hotel status ... The bar was quite expensive, the room fairly small but I think that is standard in Tokyo. The hotel room could have been cleanier: the armchair had large coffee(?) stains and the shower curtain wasn't too tidy. Otherwise, the room was nice! The hotel can be a bit difficult to find, especially when using the underground pedestrian walkways. Look for Shiodome Media Tower, and you'll find the hotel on 25th floor. Room slightly small for two people (only room for one easy chair), but not bad for Tokyo. Staggeringly expensive "ty" restaurant even though exceptional cuisine. Breakfast was uninspired. As a result didnt feel inclined to use the main restaurant. There are plenty of great small restaurants around locally within walking distance. The hotel is Greta although rooms are a little small. Food and drink were expensive but in line with staying in Tokyo. Some noise from trains (but unavoidable). Uncomfortable pillows & bed quite firm (also typical for Japan). The breakfast is too expensive. The internet service is very poor, weak wi-fi signal and if you get good one you can't work properly. Starbuck coffee-shope is a better alternative! The room is relatively small, but this is Japanese standard. You need to use two elevators to get to your room, since the hotel lobby is located at the 25th floor. There are other Park hotels in the region and sometimes tricky to explain to taxi drivers. Reception is at 25th floor. Breakfast menu a bit limited. Quite hard to find if you don't have a proper map. Shimbashi station is too large and you can definitely get lost. I've asked so many Japanese passers by and they have no idea where the hotel was, needed to search on google map and still so hard to find the right direction. I took me an hour from Shimbashi station to find the hotel. The walls seem "thin" you would hear banging especially I suppose if you were watching TV at night when someone else wanted to sleep and thought your TV was too loud. The air conditioning did not cool the room in the morning as if it was set to only be cool at night. Japanese TV no English news channels. It was a little difficult to find it when we first went from the metro. It will be helpful if more signs are shown in the metro!. Lack of black tea bags in room. Poor wi fi. Breakfast is not included. Price could be cheaper. N/A. Price of breakfast, smoking in the lobby. The breakfast menu was not as good as last years, for that reason we only had breakfast there once. room is too small,. Not much. Room too small (images on internt gave impression of larger rooms). Breakfast extremely expensive compared to the quality Payable fitness center..... not justified at all. Room a bit small - advertising a sofa and providing a seat is an example. The shampoo and conditioner was drying for the hair. Hard to find, needs more advertising, some taxi drivers also unfamiliar. Breakfast wasn't worth it's price. Besides, we had some trouble finding the place. none. Smoking in the foyer area at any time Breakfast can provide more variety Better coffee.
