If all you are looking for is a clean room with a bed and bathroom then this is a good place. The price is very low compared to other options. Located in the city center. Bed was rather hard, and the bedroom was very small (admittedly this was a budget single room in Venice, but I can't claim I liked the lack of space). Had to check in at another address. Luggage storage after check out was in an unstaffed common area. Video surveillance was some reassurance, but not enough.Room very small for 2 people (Matilde room).
