Pleasent friendly staff, personal touches eg Madame Seguso very involved in day to day running. and very attentive. Suberb location. Nice friendly service, good housekeeping, owner very pleasant. The view to the channel was just perfekt even from our bed, not too many boots passing by, the streets were calm and the nice sound of the water was cool. No private bathroom, haven't shared a bathroom for 30 years!A little run-down but perhaps that is its charm.
