Location, comfortable, customer-friendly staff and owner, closer to the Train station and other main tourist areas. Had no issue what to so ever in terms of noise. Overall it has been such a pleasant experience for us as a family and would like to recommend to visit this place. People who would like to visit this play with kids would certainly get the biggest (triple room) where there is enough space even after having king size bed + single bed with cot bed.
all reviews » The location at the ghetto and near all the main atractions of Venice, but not at a place very crowdly. The saff is amazing at is a kosher breakfast hotel near a good kosher restaurants and pizzaria and synagogues. They have a very good air conditioned. We had a little trouble finding the hotel but that's the only negative item. soft white rolls at breakfast...spend a little more on crisp white or brown rolls and this hotel will be brilliant in all departments !. breakfast not great - coffee fine but rolls dry. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. - we got a room next to the breakfast area, so we got all the noise at 8am, when I arrived there and complained the reception lady, she didnt care and told me there is no other room. - WIFI sucks big time, dont pay for it - didnt like the personell, was distant and some wouldnt speak english - the room was too hot, we didnt know how to turn the heating off, the receptionist at the moment didnt know either, so we had trouble to sleep. The room is really small. Breakfast was included, but could have been a bit better. The blanket is too old and not warm enough for Asian peoples. Looking forward to have improvement to have new blanket as found mosquito bited caused itching. This hotel felt mean compared to to others we stayed in. Queing for a poor breakfast. Check out time 10am was awful. Overall felt like it was being run for the convenience of the owner and not the guests. Awful tv with no channels. Very expensive compared to other better hotels. One poor guy seemed to be doing all the work from breakfast to cleaning our rooms. No Internet! 9€ for an 60 min. Are you serious ?! Breakfast was very poor. Nothing like I've seen in a long time. Price is to high for what you get Location. Far from the center.
