Set in the heart of the San Marco neighborhood the room was a refreshing new, contemporary and comfortable change to the more traditional places we stayed during our trip. Large bathroom with walk in shower, new furnishings, and helpful staff were great. Breakfast delivered to the room each day and on time was a plus. Very nice hotel in Venice. It was very difficult to find nice hotels in Venice so this was a great option. Good internet, confortable rooms and breakfast is served in bed. Excellent location in the center of Venice near Piazza San Marcos and Other nice places!.
all reviews » Great Location, walking distance to bridge Rialtto and Piazza San Marco. Very nice breakfast delivery to room and helpful staffs. The nearest water bus station is Rialtto but not S Marco. It's also easier to find the place if alight from Rialtto station. The location of the hotel is perfect, 3 min from the bridge Rialtto and 3 minutes from Piazza San Marco. Every day our room was cleaned, towels were changed us. The breakfast brought in the room. if you visit Venice again - I would stay here again. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast in our room was a great surprise. Noisy location but all of Venice is.Would stay here again, very nice and very accommodating. very friendly, careful and caring staff. Breakfast quite good but don't take American coffee! Very clean. Confortable bed. The junior suite is worth the price. The room is very nice, everything is new and spacious. They bring breakfast in bed, which is very nice even though is just bread and coffee. The location was very difficult to find,The salizada of san patrizia . the street was not labelled.Walked in circles for 4 hours trying to find this place. Never book a triple room unless you are 2 adults and one little child: the third bed is a folding bed and there isn't enough space for the extra bed. Is hard to find the place, even on google maps it was confusing. The check out is too early and the check in too late. I am not a fan of breakfast in the room I'm sleeping in, but there was not other place to eat. Though the breakfast was promptly served at my requested time and the food was warm. Air conditioning unit not powerful enough so had to have windows open which meant street noise. They seemed to have overbooked and tried to move us to a ground floor room that had recently been painted. No bars on the windows and no way we could shut them at night with the fumes. They did give us an discounted upgrade to the fancy rooms though. No complaints but lack of lift may not suit all. Dont go there by St Marco station, do it at Riato. We made a mistake to take a long distance. No lift, u have to take the stair, not recommend if you have a lot og luggages. Little difficult to find - Hotel signage small & not very noticeable. Shower a bit small. No elevators! :(. It´s hard to find de Hotel. You really need a gps or maps. The staff was not there 24 hours. We had problem with the heater and couldn't reach anybody. A little difficult to find at first. We had problem with hot water and heating. The bath towels were horrible. I know this may be a trivial thing, but they were the roughest, non-soft towels I have ever used. For such a nice B&B, they should upgrade on this item. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic!. Uncomfortable bed Minor maintenance issues in bathroom : ceiling light fixture a bit unsightly, toilet loose Reception area doesn't small and unappealing... Didn't match design of rooms. hard to find . Room was large but had no character & wasn't comfortable. Breakfast was a joke. Difficult to find due to lots of small streets without signs Wi-fi didn't work in our rooms. Little difficult to find the address, but maybe due to the complexity of the street name in Venice. The earliest time of having breakfast is 815 am which sounds late for someone who need to catch up the early train. Nobody at the reception, poor breakfast, no value for money. no AC, the fridge is in a box cannot function properly. We have stayed in 3 hotels (Tuscany coutryside, Florence and Venice) and this one was the most expensive and also the worse. The thing that bothered us the most was that the bathroom was dated and that it was really hard to find - we passed it a few times but we didn't see it because they have a small piece of paper with a printed hotel name on it suck on the door. It wasn't bad at all but it certanly doesn't diserve 4 stars. Very low value for money... AC didn't work for 2 days sink didn't drain TV keeps breaking Staff was never at the front desk No hot water during our last stay and had to take a cold shower Really ruined our experience in Venice.
