What people say
We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a
hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very
well maintained. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime
during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused,
it's a small buffet but efficient. Living in this room in this guest
house, gave the opportunity to live like italians and experience living
in an apartment in a building in down town. It's was perfectly
located in the middle of everything. all reviews »
We stayed here for 8 days with our nine month old baby and we were very satisfied. Stuff is very friendly and helpful (organized our transfer from and to airport), everything is clean and well maintained. Rooms are soundproof and nicely decorated. Open kitchen is very practical and useful, with salty and sweet breakfast. Wi-Fi was free and with good signal. Location was great, every site was within walking distance, although bus and metro stations were also close. All in all, we would warmly re.
This Bed and Breakfast is ideal for a family or a group of people! The rooms are a good size. There is breakfast and snacks in the kitchen area available 24 hrs a day. One of the rooms has a kitchenette within it. Walking distance to most of the Rome landmarks. Safe area. Low noise level on that street. Nice view of the square. Tonino, the staff member, was very helpful in setting us up (staying late until we arrived) and arranging airport transport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would .
This B&B place is located off Via Nazionalle and close to Piazza Republica, so you have good busses and the metro to all parts of Rome. Tonino who is running the lace is extremely nice and attentive. We were supposed to arrive in late evening and he contacted usin the morning with suggestions and advice. We arrived even later than expected due to a delayed flight and he was waiting for us. breakfast is available throughout the day, not only in the morning, you just go to the kitchen and fe.
The manager Tonino was very helpful and friendly to assist us with arrival transfer, transport info and directions, plus answering our queries. He also let us use the office computer to print boarding passes etc. The self service kitchen was well stocked, and offered 24x7 convenience. Location is excellent as many sites are within walking distance, the metro, buses, and many good eating places are close by. We end up extending our initial stay of 3 days to 5 days.
It was beautifully decorated and only a 3 minute walk from the train station. It was the most comfortable bed I slept on in all of my travels in Italy...and the only true queen size bed. Suggestions for sightseeing...don't do ruins walking tour. Stick with NO line entry tickets for Vatican Museum & Colosseum. Buy 110 tour bus too which can be done right across from train station by covered cafes on way to hotel. I will definitely stay there again!!!.
Excellent response from beginning to end; response to inquiry, directions, services offered, reply to doorbell via his cell phone, orientation to the facility and its amenities, helpfulness. The facility is so well thought out from the room to the kitchen open 24 hours, lighting, ventilation, Wi-Fi, excellent bed, hair dryer, decor, kitchen for longer stays and families, simply well designed and well run. Thank you from a very weary traveler. rk.
A wonderful place to stay in! Tonino who welcomed us was very nice and friendly. The central location of this place helps you easily get to the most touristic places you want. The breakfast buffet is packed with drinks and a light food to have a snack in our room during the whole day. Rooms are really beautiful, well equipped and clean. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel. And will definitely stay here again.
Very friendly staff, helpfull and flexible. Perfect location in the
middle of Rome. Clean and tidy room, I can say "luxurious"
bathroom for B&B, almost the same standard as in a 4* hotel.
Excellent coffee for free, sweets, fruits and snacks available all
day long. Refrgerator in the room. A perfect stay, we will come
again for sure.
Not a typical hotel or B&B. No on-site staff 24/7 but always
available by phone or computer. Very nice accommodations. Comfortable
room, larger than average bathroom for European rooms in this price
range. Location pretty good when traveling by train and for visiting the
city. Breakfast a bit light. Owner very helpful.
Great location. Extremely friendly & pleasant staff. Quite relaxed about a later checkout.
Breakfast/snacks available 24 hours.
Would definitely stay there again.
It is small but very private guest house. Well maintained, extremely courteous manager Mr. Toniono. 24 hour breakfast is good concept.
Our host from letsbookhotel.com Tonino was friendly and helpful. Unlimited access to espresso was a big surprise.
We loved the location, the view, the convenience of all day breakfast snacks, cakes, excellent coffee.

Nothing! It was a great place to stay!.
everything was perfect.
We're a family of 3 adults and the room we had were a bit cramped as there were 4 beds in it.
An optional alarm clock would be good.
Nothing.
A bit hard to find at first, but definitely worth the effort.
Room was small for 4 person with luggage.
4 of us in one room was a bit tight, but for price and location it was fine for a few days.
The bed was a bit hard.
Didn't see any staff after 1st day. Contact from hotel was via e-mail and we didn't have equipment which sends or receives e-mail so we were very lucky to meet a resident who let us in and directed us to the 5th floor where these rooms are. Not very clearly marked outside building.
-good tv,but no internatinal tv channels
-no email information for
arrival and no signboard outside the building.
For elderly, distance of the hotel from the Roma Termini is not recommended.
Only one lift to the residence floor.
No one in the reception during the day and evening.
