Brilliant location, within walking distance of all the major sites. Good value for money - simple rooms, nice and clean and close to everything. Lots of good restaurants around too. The hotel allowed us to keep our luggage in reception after check out time but before we had to catch the train. Good breakfast Very close to centre of Rome Very helpful staff Good happy hour! Only wifi in the main lobby, but then, you are out exploring Rome most of the time so you don't really need it. The price seemed a little high for a quad room. Room was a bit small and space was tight - as was the restaurant/breakfast room It wasn't clear where to book in - this should be clearly marked for guests when they arrive. Noisy Room No Tea/Coffee in Room WiFi only available in Reception. Hotel entrance with no dedicated reception. Lift poor. -Not very clean -the reception was in another building. Very small room for four ( it was hard to walk from bed to the bathroom), no wi-fi in the rooms (only in the lobby), reception is in another building and there is no phone connection between rooms and reception so you have to go there for everything, they cleaned our room after two days even our requests. Hotel is separated in 2 different buildings. The main reception is in one, and the rooms are in another. - A little more space in the room would be nice, although is enough for a backpacker trip. The noise from the street in our beedroom. We couldn't sleep at all because the windows are not isolated, and you can ear the cars, people talking, like If they were in our bedroom... We ask the recepcion to change the room but they told us that all rooms are in the same street and same problem, except two interior rooms that were already booked but you can ask for that ones. And the toilette was a bit smelly. Next time we'll chose another hotel. First of all the bathroom had a terrible smell, the room is very small and they charg you for the use of the lift. It was a bad hotel.
