Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given lots of helpful information on Milan ane the staff were also very supportive when our son fell ill. Great breakfast. Co-operative and Homely atmosphere with ease of lanaguage. The staff is extremely kind. The location is quite. The personal is very kind and helpful. The cappuccino is excellent and the breakfast is good, certainly for an Italian breakfast.Friendly staff, nice room, very good price and location. The smell of smoke in the room, linen with cigarette holes, dirty towels, dirty floors, no heating - the A/C did not blow hot air, thin walls and windows that couldn't close properly.
