There was a Filipino staff named Karen and I thought that she was very accommodating. On our date of departure, we wanted to take a cab to the airport, though there was a luxury taxi provided by their hotel, she honestly recommended to me and volunteered to get a metered taxi to save money. The rest of the staff were also equally polite and friendly. There was no carpet, which was I prefer. The hotel is in a nice area of town, well connected to public transportation but in 10 minutes you can walk to Corso Buenos Aires shopping area. Oasi gives you really good value for your money. It was totally ignored and I thought that caring into this kind of detail is important as I also work for customer-service. our room was near the dinning area and it was a little bit noisy in the morning during breakfast,we didn't have any problem but i mention it if someone may has. Shower cabin was a bit small. Airco malfunctioned. The staff fixed it immediately, but the room was too hot to sleep until it cooled down. My room was not ready at check in time, so I had to wait another half hour. Nothing. The bathroom is big, but bathtub is leakage and water leaked everywhere in bathroom. No rain cover on the walkway from one building to another. Easily caught wet during rainy days. No fridge in room. We missed refrigerator in the room. At about midnight when we returned from the football match,the bar was closed ,when it was suppose to be open 24 hrs. When I complained with Karen in the morning , she told me that the beer was finished , something that I cannot understand. horrible elevator. Lack of parking place. Noisy. Staf. As not friendly at all. No city maps or any kind of maps are available at the place. Very disappointed. Staff doesn't care for less to us when we ask the. The quesions about places in the city. Breakfast was badly organized. The main complaint is that the room was 27 degrees inside and we couldn't adjust the temperature.The four of us got no sleep for the heat.Also 4 euro a person tourist tax was very expensive and no receipt was given for the tax.breakfast was poorly organized with no eggs left and no bread. Would not stay here again.
