  Our airconditioning was not working well and it was extremely hot in Venice, the manager put us in a very expensive room for the last night of our 3 night stay. They were very kind and attentive to us. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had hot and cold foods, as well as fresh fruit. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all week and lots of water pressure. Breakfast was hot everyday and delicious

Ea - Location within Venice was great, less than 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge. Room was a great size, with instantly hot shower - have heard that in Venice you can get both a small room and bad water pressure but no issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy back

  The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The reception was open on a 24hr basis and so arriving at night was no problem. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bathroom brand new.
