The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The reception was open on a 24hr basis and so arriving at night was no problem. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bathroom brand new. It was nice to have a tv. We had a lovely view over the garden. A great plus was being so close to Piazale Roma, but at the same time we were so central and in a lovely area next to many good restaurants.

We loved our canal view room. The gondolas went right past us and we could hear the music. We loved the convenience of a location off the beaten path of St Marks square. The breakfast was a cold buffet included. Breakfast in restaurant was great and the staff was helpful. Perfect location away from the horrendous crowds, but with Piazzale Roma just around the corner everything was within reach by vaporetto.the hotel is very close to the traon station, is very nice, clean and new. in easy reach of all sight seeing attractions and close to bus terminal. Friendly staff, neat and clean and good location. Breakfast was good. Proximity to Train and Bus stations and ferry port. Quiet location.wifi now is free ;). Dragging bags up two flights of stairs (after crossing 2 bridges with them) was not pleasant. Luca, the guy who seems to be in charge, is very helpful and courteous but could do with cheering up a bit.the beds and furniture werw a little old but i think most of this hotels are the same. The cleaning lady kept rearranging our bags, toiletries and papers that we had left out.simple breakfast. The fact that the all guests had to leave their keys during the day. The fact that we had to go next door to the restaurant for breakfast and it was during aqua alta (high tide). Hotel should have an internal entrance. We had a triple room booked for our children, but each day we had to ask for an extra towel as they would only leave two towels after cleaning the room. there were ants in the room and mold in the shower...so it wasn't the cleanest, but still livable.
