  When taken to the apartment by Karima we found it was effectively a STUDIO & not the one-bedroom apartment we had booked & confirmed. It had a convertible sofa-bed in the living area & NO separate bedroom. I offered to pay a reduced price & that was accepted. Bed was barely comfortable enough for our two-night stay - no longer. All of the household are just perfect. Nice rooms in modern style. Value for travellers who self catering.

  Staff, cleanliness, proximity to shopping streets and Piazzale Rome. Walking took some 20 mins odd with heavy luggage. Though in the interior streets the location is just very good for budget travellers. Especially this guy called Harry at the reception was too helpful. He picked us up from the streets when we were lost in venice at late midnight ... what people say » and checked us in. Overall very good stay - Great location. Quiet yet so close to main area. Easy to get to with instructions initially. Can walk to Rialto, Station and San Marco. Lots of ristorante nearby. Our room was very comfortable & shared bathroom was clean with great water pressure! We could also leave our bags on last day after check out & come back for them. Really appreciated this
