The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. The Room was large and spacious with tea and coffee making facilites a sink and fridge as well as large wardrobe and a comfy bed and power shower. 100 % recommend. Excellent location. Very close to the Grand canal and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!! Plently of storage in both bedrooms. Very clean and welcoming.

The room was very well decorated and comfortable.. giving it a very romantic style. The B&B is located almost on the water bus station, near a central area. Central location, very close to vaparetto and train station. Away from the very busy Rialto area but within easy reach. Spacious apartment, very well equipped for self-catering. Good value for money for group of friends or family. Easy to get to from Water Bus. Good location to get round all main sites in Venice. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful making our sightseeing so simple. Very clean and good facilities in the room. Felt very secure. The location was really wonderful! It was very easy to check in and check out. We had our own bathroom and a little kitchenette. Really good location (you can access with Vaporeto. It is not necessary to get a taxi). Location. - The location of the apartment. The room space. Location excellent & easy to find. Room large. Venice. location is very convineans. Nothing. Only comments I would make. Seating for watching TV etc was limited to a small 2 seater sofa, so you have to use the dining chairs - not the most comfortable. Wifi and TV signal are challenging. But that's the same problem all over Venice. You are surrounded by high building packed into a very small space with loads of small alleys, no wonder signals are difficult. The AC was not working well. However, the room had also a fan so the room was cool all the time. Room had air con but chill was disabled, we roasted. Ask for the controls to the wall mounted air con. It wasn't a big deal, but there was no television. It does not have breakfast included and, to better comfort, it should have a microwave in the room for use. The wifi is free but it has poor signal. A little bit hard to find the hotel. A little difficult to find the house. If Nicola (the owner) not at home - you should have the possibility to call to receive checkin instructions. Not so easy to find it for the first time. - The room is very expensive not worth qualitiy/price -Internet in common areas? but there isn't common areas, the is a common corridor between the other 2 rooms. Hard to find the hotel at the first time (there is no easy-to-see sign) Bathroom is not clean enough Low pressure shower. Bed & mattress Terrible, no Wi Fi in room, Room not properly maintenanced - many lights not working, over priced, would prefer to have stayed somewhere else. Its an expensive city... :). Thear is no staff, no facilaties of any kind. oner if salf looking everthing and he is not abalabel most of the times. we stay ther for seven days.He cheng the towel after four days,and did not cheng any Leland or bed sheet.
