  Easy and excelent location, simple but enough breakfast, small room but clean and comfortable. - The location was fabulous! I thought the breakfast was good. I'm not abig breakfast eater and I found the breakfast to completely adequate.The gentleman (name unknown) at the front desk was very friendly andwelcoming and chatted with us everytime we enc... what people say » ountered him.   The hotel is basic but really good value for money. The decor is dated but is really clean and tidy. We had cleaners come into the room daily swept moped and clean towels and sheets. The hotel is basically on the front of the canal about 1min walk from san marco square. We arrived in the dark via water bus from piazza de roma the no1 and where it ... what people say » stopped walk to the left over a bridge and to the left there is a taxi hut and opporsite that is an alley go down there 50meters and the hotel is on t - Great location just two blocks from San Marco square and one block from the water taxi (Vaporetto). Everybody was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags for several hours after we checked out so we could sightsee until it was time to catch our train.

  The location was great - just a few mins walk from St Marks Square. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped (including a kettle), hob,fridge/freezer and utensils. We were staying in Canalletto on 1st floor - no view but easy to get there with luggage. This apartment has 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a dining... what people say » area and small lounge with TV and sofa which could be a bed. The bathroom is modern with shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. - Is is very close to San Marko and to vaparetto. It is easy to find it.The staff was very gentle. Our appartement was comfortable and clean and warm. There is everything you need for cooking.
