Very nice staff. Once we arrived she showed us a map of attractions and informed everything efficiently. The room is abit old but its very clean. Breadfast also is nice. Location is a 15 mins walking distance from terminal S.M.N. But can also take bus. Easy to reach. Reasonable price. Everything was quite perfect for our needs in this place! Good location, not too far and not too close to the centre, comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast, and most of all the very helpful and friendly host make this an ideal place for visiting Florence.

Excellent value, a home away from home. A great place to stay, rest and enjoy. This B&B was very clean, service was efficient, although it is an older its an older building, it was super confortable and 5 minutes away from and to everything. Mina was very kind and ready to help at all times! AAA++++. I loved how quaint the building was. It was a short walk to almost every attraction you could want to see. The owner was knowledgable on local transportation and made a good recommendation of restaurants. Mina was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect close enough to the city centre but not in the middle of the noisy tourist streets. Good value for money !. The manager Mina made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. We like the location and the service that has been provided by Mina. Good small apart hotel in city center. Near to all sightseeings in the center of Florence. Good breakfast. Greets to Mina!. Basically the only thing to comment on is the shower being a bit smallish, though not a big issue at all. Owner spoke very little English, but was very open to communication. none. We have no negative comments. It was quite hard to find as it is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Also we were a little apprehensive as there is no parking and the deal was that someone took our car and parked it for the night and then returned. In the end it was fine and a good arrangement but a little disconcerting. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Very old and smelling. Nothing. Although the pensioni was well equipped the approach through the. Hiding was drab and whilst the ensuite bathrooms were modernised the plumbing could be better. It's a little out from the center of town! But facilities for four were good!. When they clean the room, i found out that my brand staff i bought was touched. room and bath temperatures to cold, no way to set temperatures, no phone in room to call staff in case something happens, to far from city center and attractions, sheets and covers did not repel the cold, had an awful night.
