A very nice, clean, modern B&B. The owner Antonella is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about things to see or getting around. A 10 minute walk from the train station down Via National, and about the same distance from the city center. 5 min away from nice restaurants and bars, good breakfast and coffee in the AM. Reccomend for a stay in Firenze, be sure to get the entry code for he building before hand if you'll be checking in after 13:00 as she is only there in .

She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Road noise bad, in spite of double windows with shutters. Shower head badly located in corner of cubicle, loose toilet seat and water pressure low. It's a fair walk (10-15 minutes from central market) after a long day of shopping so comfortable shoes a must. But we would certainly stay here again as overall, excellent value!. Quite a bit of traffic noise from outside in the mornings. Wi fi only works in the breakfast room which isn't so convenient. Location is a 20 minute + walk from the city centre which may not suit everyone. But there are lots of buses in front of the B&B that can take you into the city centre quickly. too noisy, too noisy 24 hours because of the streets downstairs; quite far from railway station, not easy for traveler with big luggage; owner should send me mail earlier not on arrival day!.
