i love it, it was big everyone so friendly and i would love to come back and stay again. Location within walking distance of town and the station. Very clean and modern.The suite was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. The hotel shares its building with other businesses but don't let this scare you. This is the trend in Italy. We stayed in Florence, Venice and Rome. By far this hotel was the best value for the money. It is a suite, so no meal service but the place has an stove/oven, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. all reviews »
Ferry good. Good location: 20 minits from citycentrum. Will come again.Good location .Kind staff . Finding it was bit difficult. No one seems to know this place. But after reaching it was not that bad.The room itself was nice, with a lovely bathroom and kitchen. Location - easy access to city center and train station, modern building. It's a bit out of the "historical downtown" area. It's about a 10 minute walk to the center though. Poor insulation: because of noisy neighbours , we couldn't actuallyenjoy our stay No luggages deposit, even for a few hours...No reception, hotel staff within the premises. Once you have the key, you have no contact with hotel staff. Also difficult to locate anyone if you reach beyond mentioned check-in time. The beds were completely rock hard, I had to lie on top of a thickblanket in an attempt to get some sleep. And do not be fooled by maps,Viale Spartaco Lavagnini is a six lane road with heavy traffic 24/7. Ourapartment was round the back of the building and we could still heartraffic noise all night. Also there was a washing machine just outsideour room which people used late at night (loud).Staff was unprofessional, toilet didn't work, sofa bed was louzy, there was no heating (rainy end of october!!!!).
