Everything was fantastic. Cheap price, fantastic location, welcoming and helpful staff. The room was cosy and cleaned every day, the bed was huge. It had great air-conditioning which was vital, and despite being 10 minutes walk from the Duomo it was quiet and calm at night. Free food and snacks are available at all times and the honesty bar was a lovely touch. This was a lovely place to stay, very clean and very welcoming. Interesting detail in decor of rooms. Lots of little touches that were so nice, coffee at any time, aperitif before dinner. Excellent value.Their recommendations for restaurants were fantastic.

Only very superficial things that in no way affected our enjoyment; it could do with being re-painted and the bathroom was on the small side. Nothing of significance. Quite a walk from historic centre, but worth it!. Nothing. Nothing really. First room by the door was quite noisy in the morning. The one issue that stands out is the different floor levels throughout the facilities. Guests stumble over these which we ourselves experienced. Suggest that these changes in floor elevations be lit by night lights and warnings be posted or otherwise marked to avoid serious injury. Breakfast could be improved boiled eggs etc. Just a bit removed from the center of the city, but the walk did us good. Little bit far from metro. The staf not in the hotel all the day. They leave above 08:00 pm and in the morning the come above 08:00 am. No parking in the area. The size of the bathroon. It is too small. I've stayed at their B&Bs before and was completely shocked by the place. Their other B&Bs are quite lovely and well appointed. This place. Not at all. Very little to like about it. I won't be staying here again.
