Spacious room, large window/balcony, good light, beautiful mountain view, tasteful decor, helpful and friendly staff. Also comfortable bedding and great room-service menu. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and will definitely be back again. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly the hotel itself wasspotless location for perfect for what I needed. Overall the staff madeour stay in the hotel organising taxis for us and helping us withdirections around tralee.

The windows/doors were not double-glazed so the street noise/traffic could be heard during the night.Bar Menu could have given a bit more choice - We actually ended up going up town as nothing on menu appealed to us - However, this was a very small critisism and I would most definitely recommend this hotel. Food was a bit pricey.not enough entertament. It could have done with a leisure centre I suppose. These days I would expect internet access freely available at this standard of hotel. There was a 21st on the night that I stayed, so it was extremely noisy,as all rooms are over the smoking area, and there was a lot of noisebecause of the residents running up and down through corridors at 6 inthe morning. The only complaint I would have is that my stay was not long enough dueto my work commitments. It would be good if breakfast was included in the price of the room.lack of atmosphere at hotel. service not great in restraunt/bar when busy. Lack of pool,bar food portions small. All service was good. The standard of cleanliness was excellent throughout. My only comment althought small was: I asked for a sandwich (white bread). It tasted to me as it came out of the freezer and not particularly fresh. I didnt comment at the time so it was my fault. All in all very good service and environs. Keep up the good work. Pity there was no swimming pool. Bar menu could of had a bit more variety.no but it would be great if sometinme in the future you could maybe put a swimming pool in. tv too far away from the bed in the executive suite. Tried to charge for breakfast when it was included in room rate. road noise from hotel room. The bathroom was very cold. The Flush button for the toilet came off the fixture and the shower drain got blocked as the drain was full of hair (someone else's). The reception staff where not very friendly also, the price of breakfast is ridiculous. €16.95 and if you wanted it delivered to your room this nicreased to almost €22. EACH !!!!!!!. Cold floor in ladies changing rooms and note there is no swimming pool there, leisure facilites yes but no pool. It is a fabulous hotel, it's such a shame that it doesn't have a pool. Food very expensive. Expensive.
