The location was good too on the way to Muckross but near enough to town to walk.   We would definitely recommend this b&b. Obviously Killarney is awash with hotels and similar establishments, but this one was top notch. It's run by a delightful couple, it's easy to find (on the right) as you drive into Killarney from the Park; nice house; well sound-proofed; nice rooms; warm hospitality - like a home-from-home really; excell... what people say » ent breakfast. A very short drive into town for dinner (it's closer to town than most of the other b&bs), so driving north you might think you hav - Very friendly accommadating staff. Very close to town centre. My twin room was spacious, and although the shower room was small it had a very good power shower. Part of our group were expecting a triple room but were given a huge sized quad room with very spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice...fruit juice,cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and then a full Irish breakfast. I would definately stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. Very good value for money

  My husband and I recently stayed in Lake Lodge Guesthouse and Marie and Denis were very welcoming on our arrival and made us feel at home instantly. This was our first time staying there and we will definitely be staying there again when we are in Killarney.
