it was very relaxing. ,nice hotel , nice rooms, comfortable and relaxing,about 15 min walk to the town.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool facilities were good too. helpful, friendly staff. staff were very nice. Everything. On site cabaret, Buffet breakfast, wheelchair access,. Very relaxing atmosphere, good food in ODs restaurant. Night entertainment very good. swimming pool and other facilities excellent. .
all reviews » there is plenty of entertainment within the hotel so you dont have to leave if so wish.Its a good location base for the rest of your stay.plenty of places for eating.Think it would be a good place for a young couple with a small baby as you have everything you need within its boundaries. Proximity to conference centre, full sized swimming pool and I wish I'd known thatt there were squash courts, would have brought my racket!. value for money, bar stayed open till 4 am with good entertainment till 4am. good parking area. and near town centre. swimming pool and excellent entertainment choice in the evenings. ideal location, very comfortable.Entertainment excellant and that is what brings me back to the hotel every time. everything under one roof and easy access to the town with the shuttle bus. clean comfortable room. quiet. the event was being held there. its quite enough would suit older couple ,there was allot of tours of middle aged to pensioners when we stayed,and ballroom dancing etc maybe it was just that week, not sure. Too many young unsupervised kids running around at midnight. Fire alarm went off but it was a false alarm, no tea making facilities in room.The hotel was extremely hot at all times. Had to turn off radiator and open the window. hallways were so stuffy. The flesk restaurant had a great discount meal for redsidents but not very filling and starter was cold. . the decor and paint work was quite run down.It needs a makeover,well the room i stayed in did.rooms are showing age and lift to 4 th floor was very old and creaked a lot. night staff on the door. bad manners , treated customers with no respect. almost a job to get in at night......on the morning we were leaving, staff members knocked and opened the door of our room at 9 in the morning and then again at 1030 am, disturbing me and my partner whilst we slept. there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. i have never come accross that before in any hotel ive stayed at.there was no tea making facility in the bedrooom. paper bath maths? my preganant wife nearly slipped and fell. breakfast not included in price. not convenient for town if you don't have a car. food not great. no breakfast included. no tea/coffee facilities in room. The room we got was very disappointing for the price we paid.
