Excellent location (a few steps from dart and trinity college). Friendlystaff, very helpful and professional. Very comfortable rooms (ref:deluxe guest rooms), clean and very cosy, we nearly felt like kingsthere. A free internet wifi network is available in the hall, else itcosts 1€/9min or 9€ per hour inside the room (facilities to connect yourown laptop, else you can use a wireless keyboard.

Since last visit we were very disappointed with Buffet Breakfast. Other diners seemed to be unhappy also. Qued for ages while Shef tried to cook on demand. Food was badly prepared and presented. Poor impression for Foreign visistors who like us were paying significantly more due to Sterlings fall against Euro. car parking and inability tp stop at loading bay at front door. No air conditioning but we were given a fan which made thingsconfortable. Everything was perfect but if I had to be picky I would just point out 2 small details: the TV reception was very poor and one of the front desk staff sent us in completely the wrong direction when we asked where the DART station was!. Everything was great!. low water pressure. In twin room, very very small wardrobe and difficult to access, at head of bed. Very small space in the room to put clothes. no. coffee making facilites not enough sockets and towels not changed every day. just a pity it hasnt its own car park. breakfast could have been more generous in its scope, but it was a choice not included in price so I could have gone elsewhere. i did not like the floor tiles in the bathroom. We did not have any wardrobe, but we did only stay for 1 night so maybe thats why they put us in that room. The room was very small. I was given an old menu twice and twice my order was taken, I felt that the staff should have known what was on the menu, bad restaurant mngt.Food choice limited. Service for bar and coffee very slow. There were lots of people arriving in after their evening out and would have liked a drink but there was no one to serve, we waited half an hour to get two drinks. Hotel was right next door to a fire station, the engines made a lot of noise at varying hours of the night. Also, the beds were very hard - and as my personal preference is for a softer mattress, I found it a very uncomfortable 2 nights sleep - as did my partner.
