It Was Right in The City Centre and Just Around The Corner from O Connell Street. It's 5 , 10 mins from the O2 and It's so handy for it because of my stay I was going to a concert that night and it was fair handy not getting taxis or buses. I would stay again in the future when I have something up in Dublin , I'm not from Dublin but I would recommend this Hotel to Anyone because it is a Good Value Hotel and In the Heart Of Dublin's City Centre.
The main draws for this hotel for me were the price & location. The location is seriously excellent for access to everywhere in the city as it's right at o'connell bridge. Our room for 35.99 was also excellent value for what we got. The rooms are old and certainly not luxurious. It is basic but for the price and location it is fine.
Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming, room basic but everything you need and all works fine, inc. Wi-Fi. Towels changed daily, aswell as extra refreshments. Easy access off the street, and is in the centre of the busy city! Continental breakfast and full Irish offered, both delicious. Bar beneath is wonderful.
The room was clean and warm and the location was very central. The staff were very helpful when we asked for directions plus they minded our bags at reception after check out time. It was excellent value for money. I would recommend it to others and I would stay there again myself.
I went to the hotel with two of my friends and we found that the location was fantastic, the room was perfect for the 3 of us and very clean, staff were lovely, very pleasant! It was great having a front door key to the hotel as it ment no time limit out and about?.
excellent value value for money. cheap, clean hotel. staff were helpful and friendly. cleaned room everyday and provided fresh towels. location is fantastic, around the corner from the main shopping street and over the bridge from temple bar.
Lovely bars downstairs, and great staff, felt very welcome straight away. Dont know her name but one lady in particular was so helpful and made us feel at home. Comfy room and really close to town. Really good value meals at lunch time.
We enjoyed the Irish hospitality so much we have already booked up for a return trip on St.Patricks day.Food and entertainment excellent. Thank you Maria and all staff for looking after us at the Clifton Court Hotel.
Excellent location and Dublin is safe to walk alone at 5am from the hotel to the bus stop to the airport.
Hotel staff super friendly. No elevator and they helped me with the luggage to the 3rd floor.
People are very kind, it really makes the difference. We stayed very
confortable in terms of infrastructure and relations with the hotel
staff, that provided us many informations and good services.
Friendly hotel and bar staff. Close to city and airport bus, O'Connell street, hop-on-hop-off routes, shopping venues. Old but very clean and well maintained site. Full breakfast available.
The beds were comfortable and the room quite clean and pleasant. The breakfast was great value. Staff were very friendly. The location is excellent, right in the city centre.

The hotel is perfect in every way. Everything is at hand, shopping, a visit to the theatre and much more. It is the best value for money. We will return.

The location was amazing for site seeing, shopping and for nights out. In particular one italian receptionist did everything to help us.
Very reasonably priced. Nice room, fantastic huge bed, facilities like tea/coffee, TV, Fan, nice clean en suite, fast wifi available.
The concierge/reception staff were EXCELLENT. Really went out of their way to help and create a easy, comfortable, wonderful stay.
Everything was fine, perfect location - 5 min walk from Temple Bar and 1 min walk from airlink bus stop (travelling from airport).
Good downtown location.
Within walking distance of historic sites.
Excellent breakfast.
Lots of storage space in the room.
The place is great if you are looking for somewhere cheap, that is nice, clean and close to the city center...perfect!!!.
Staff as awlays where fantastic both in the bar and in the hotel, I couldn't be more complementary towards the team.

I usually stay here when in the city for a night. It's very affordable , well located and has friendly staff .
Right in the heart of the area. Staff was excellent and helped us take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Grear value for money, nice staff, central location. Good food it bar under it.

Staff very accommodating and Friendly.
Rooms nice and clean

City centre location, option of breakfast, clean and comfortable room.
The Location
The room very comfortable, breakfast was very tasty,.
- The 4th floor, narrow corridors, quite cold room, appliances were old
and used (missing buttons, knobs etc.).
There Wasn't anything wrong with the hotel , the staff were friendly and the rooms where nice to stay in and then there is the bar next door was very applying to walk into. I had a perfect stay and welcome again soon.
For the price, I was happy with everything.
Amount of stairs. Bathroom floor gets pretty wet.
But mostly, all the bad reviews, it's a nice place!.
The room got very hot and stuffy so we'd to open the window for fresh air. This let in the sound of traffic along the main road outside the hotel. It wouldn't however put me off staying there again as it's excellent value for money.
Only thing I could fault of the hotel was all thoses stairs, we were on the third floor so many many steps but it would not put me off the hotel.
Nothing, would definitely stay here again.
There wasn't anything we didnt like.
No elevator and no luxury, but it is a budget hotel with excellent location. Perfect for a one night stay.
No elevator. But would stay again on next visit.
The hotel is quite old and stairs were steep and narrow. Catches on the window were broken. We were looking out on the air-conditioning system.
Nothing,, perfect for price.
Can't fault anything.
Nothing, would stay here again.
Room 102 - shower needs attention - (could only get cold water).
Room a bit on the small side ,the television was a bit on the old side, there was no plug in the hand basin, the heating was too hot for me.
Not a thing. You get for what you pay for. It wasnt horrible just basic.
For the money, genuinely nothing we had any issue or problem with.
The bathroom was quite small, but perfectly suited to the value you get for the money you pay.
No windows in the room.
Reception desk not easy to locate from the street.
The option to cancel if need be was unavailable , that's a small grump though.
Rooms VERY small. Comfortable beds but don't expect a Holiday Inn.
Few small areas on room to be fixed ie couldn't close bathroom door and shower very small.
The room was very warm.
No lift and steep stairs. Doors very difficult to lock.
Structure, door handles/bathroom/room was small. You could here loud neighbors. No elevator if you have lots of luggage.
Hotel has 4 floors, no elevator and very narrow stairs
was hard to go up and down with large suitecase.
there was nothing I did not like.
quite old and dated which would have been fine but floors were quite creaky so did not get a good nights sleep!!.
Fittings in room could be updated as the let down an otherwise great place. I d paint all that ghastly brown furiniture!.
The noisy neighbours!.
not disabled or elderly friendly as lots of stairs to rooms and no lift.
toilet in bad conditions.
Doors for roome could do with being more secure like a key card system.
Having to go up four flights of stairs was fine as I had very little luggage, but would be difficult with much more than a small bag!.
