Room 23, upper floor (out of three). It has a top quality double bed and
an extra standard bed (that we didn´t use). The room is very
comfortable, bathroom is huge, it has a wide flatscreen, coffe/tea
making facilities, and large windows facing west. Absolutely no noise at
all in the room, flawless heating system and carpeted floor. Staff is
friendly enough and the highlight of Amberley House is location, that is
simply perfect. 5 min walk from Conolly train station, 7 min from the

Great location for us. Great pub The Celt just around the corner as well as supermarket not far. Many other pubs/food outlets close by. Close to all attractions. Room was dated however clean comfortable and good size. Under new management and other rooms undergoing revamp. Very impressed with staff on arrival, during and leaving. Nothing a problem and a special mention for Mark who was entertaining on a very professional level, and extremely helpful with a few minor travel glitches we wer.
The location of the hotel is the best thing about it. The aero express bus stops right at its door step. The hotel is at a 5 min walk from o'connelly street which is the gateway to henry street shopping area and 15 min walk from temple bar area. There are lots of places to eat close to the hotel which is an added plus. Another thing that worked for me was a tesco express store very close to it for general supplies.

The location of the Amberley House was excellent for access to public
transport and to the historical attractions that we enjoyed on our visit
to Dublin. Since location is the key factor in our selection of lodging,
this is a front runner. Our room had easy access(a lift is provided),
was large, neat and clean. We had stayed in another facility just down
the street and it was adequate, but for any return visits we would seek
out the Amberley House. The front desk was staffed 7 x 24 with as
frie.
We stayed at the Amberly House for one night in Dublin and were very please with the cleanliness and newness of the facilities. This was the second hotel we stayed at in Dublin during our trip, it was much less expensive than the first and the room was much nicer. Also, great shower with hot water and good pressure which is always important. The staff was friendly and location was convenient.
The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and let us store our bags after we checked out. We (5 girlies) stayed in the two bedroom apt around the corner from the hotel. It was spotless with sparkling white towels and beautifully decorated. The little touches like the bottles of water in the fridge was appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend it.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. When we arrived and the receptionist saw we had a small child in a pram, she moved us from our original room to one on the ground floor, very close to the front door, which was ideal for us with the pram.
This accommodation was perfect. I was happy with everything about this place. It was clean and very comfortable. I also liked the antique furniture and the tasteful decor. I stayed on both nights in room 18 and 21 and it was perfect.
The lady at reception is really helpful. The apartment we stayed is well equipped with everything, clean, cosy for a large family. Lift in the building so we don't need to carry our luggages claim the stairs.

Had lower floor room facing street. Street traffic noisy at times quiet later evening. Windows on lower floors not able to be locked in an open but secure position.
While the hotel meets all requirements, the staff could be warmer. They were professional and polite but guess am used to a little more engaged staff in hotels I recommend as excellent.

Also the dining room is too small for the number of guests accommodated in the hotel.
I suppose the shower is a bit small, and we booked two rooms, but one wasn't ready until 4 pm, which is quite a while past check-in time.

The facilities, the condition of toilet and bathroom is not good. The heating tank for shower is too old and there are not enough hot water for shower after cooking and washing up. need to update to a electrical shower.

The security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment when the guests check-out. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, depending on the bank. Management reserve the right to refuse guests. Any guests not adhering to House Rules will be evicted without refund.
Please note, some of the rooms are located on the upper floor and accessed by stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with a mobility impairment.
The credit card used to secure the reservation must be presented, along with valid identification, upon check in. Kindly note that Amberley House cannot accept top-up debit cards.
When booking 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Amberley Apartments cannot guarantee that rooms will be located in the same building.
Check-in for the apartments is from 16:00.
Please note that Amberley Apartments are located a 5-10 minute walk from Amberley House. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
