-staff very friendly and helpful -staff always available -excellent driver (ask for Gede, his English is very good) -very clean, no bugs -really liked Canggu Club, a must with kids. The staff were brilliant. Setup suited us - family of 5 with 3 of those being teenage boys. Location was great, easy access to anything we needed. The spacious rooms, outdoor spas and showers, large swimming pool, and a central location close to many places.
