The people at reception desk said they had not received our reservation from letsbookhotel.com We had to stand waiting half an hour at 11pm despite our voucher! Rooms were available but we had to wait until they cleared the matter!. Very courteous staff - very helpful- Good Breakfast - smooth transfer to and from Airport domestic as well as International. Ideal Transit hotel or for a short business visit. Will use it in future as well.
all reviews » Location is perfect, just outside the entrance to the domestic terminal. We arrived late and the check in desk was still well staffed and great to deal with. Very comfortable overnight stay choice!. A truly budget friendly hotel with a warm core. The room was well maintained and the breakfast spread was also very good.The front desk is probably one of the most effecient ones in this industry. The room was large and better than i expected. though at a busy junction, there was absolutely no noise. absolutely wonderfful staff and very prompt in their repsonse, very enthusiastic as well. No problems whatsover. the taxi drivers outside seem to be in link with the staff, the way they haggle you. thats the impression i got when i tried to book a taxi for the day. also be careful if you ask the taxi to take you to any place, they tend to force you to go to the place of their choice. and you know why..... I was allotted a room which was for physically disabled people and when i objected strongly,they gave me another room, said there is no staff to help me shift the luggage that i had opened in this first room given to me ,soi had to take all the luggage by my self from 1st.floor to 4th.floor . The music was too LOUD in the common areas. Nothing. Staff takes time to respond to requests. Two incidence that happened: 1. I requested for morning bed tea for next day at 6:00 AM, but I had to remind them at 6:05 AM for the same and I got response it is ready. Even then they came up with tea at 6:20 AM. 2. I requested them a dental kit, this also took them about 15 minute to deliver at room. bathroomcilities. Location, unless you need to be near the airport. small rooms. Horrible approach road with unruly traffic and chaotic broken construction debris everywhere. Despite the nearness to the airport one cannot walk there! We left for an early morning flight so could not have breakfast. The Service is not effecient. We had booked a room with King Size Bed but, got a twin sharing room. Despite stating that we would be arriving early the room was not ready. Non-Smoking room was stuffy and smelt of smoke. Non exhaust in the bathroom. room very small, got overcharged for the international airport transfer we got quoted 1200INR online but when we were at the hotel there was a sign quoting 1100INR. Didn't like that taxes were added on at the end these should be built into the price. Toilet are not upto IBIS standard and are portable ones so not so clean also... room to small no hotel shuttle at arrival hall, must phonecall for pickup noisy guests walking around the corridor in late night. Room is not worth the value, please change the status of rating.. not worth 4star category. No gym, seriously ????. background music in lobby and restaurant annoying due to volume level and acoustics when having a conversation. room supplies such as shampoo. Extremely slow service in the bar. Hotel quite difficult to find.
