close to the airport desing of the hotel like a stadium with all the room with balcony on the indoor garden. all restaurant in the iner garden. Pool. Courteous and friendly staff; prompt check in and check put; airport transfer service; comfortable bed; balcony overlook in the central lagoon area. the staff were exceptional they took time for us and were very attentive.

The hotel design is amazing in the sense that is completely different from what i've experienced before. The atmosphere is quiet and there is a broad range of food choices in the restaurants. *Closeness to Domestic airport. * ambiance *restaurants * courtesy drop to the airport terminals. The view The ambience Services. Staff were extremely friendly. The centre restaurant space is fantastic. Only the noise is disturbing and the strong smell does not all pleasurable outing on the balcony. the fact that the hotel was in the process of refurbishment which perhaps we should have been advised of. also the fact we could not use the flute bar as we were not staying the the upper rooms. i feel everyone should be able to use all facilities. However an incident needs mention. 1. The TV in the room did not work for over 4 hours. They had no clue what happened. The set top box was chnaged and then finally it worked. To there credit i was offred a room chnage late in the eveing. Entarance low roof , congested. Plastic flowers round the balcony. Construction in ground floor. Front Desk Reception very slow. It's easy to see that the staff is young and inexperienced. Some of them cannot even help you booking a taxi to the airport. The hotel is also very expensive for what it offers. It's located in the middle of a construction site and is not possible to go anywhere nearby without getting a taxi. It's clearly a hotel to serve the airport but it's too expensive for that purpose. They got me to sign for Rs 13000 upon check-in. And asked me to sign for the full bill of Rs 21200 upon checkout on clear promise that the earlier slip of Rs 13000 will be destroyed n not charged. However, I was astonished to see that both were debited from my bank account as I had charged to my Visa debit card. I have called them to correct the debits. No pool or spa available. The hotel feels a bit like it has seen better days. I was a bit disappointed when I asked for a reflexology treatment at the spa (the gym) and I was taken to the hairdresser, behind a curtain to have a foot treatment. I decided not to do it when this happened. This may be due to the refurbishment works - in any case, this is not great. the corridors are not very clen. No ac in the long corridors and you sweat in the long walk. Bathrooms were not very clean. The construction noise was disturbing in the roon and also Namak Restaurant. The restaurant food quality seems to have gone down compared to 2010. there is up gradation @ renovation process going on, and they said that they have announce that in there website, but they have to inform to customer while checking in. it was poorest living in sahara.
