The hotel is more than I've expected. The room is nicely laid out with everything I need and breathes a modern touch. The room is spotlessly clean. First I give the highest appreciation to the staff who are always helping guests, ranging from bringing my suitcase, redirect me to the check-in that is available, open lifts, explaining directions to points of interest, and find me a cab. As an Indonesian, I love to meet "Budi" who can explain me something in my mother language.
Secondly, I booked a superior king room and placed in room number 1006. Room is spacious, overlooking the Leighton street , very clean and well maintained.

Very good price and the place is clean with a good design looking. As most of the other reviwers have said, the room is quite small, but if you are leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening, the place will do the job at a reasonable price.

Very clean apartment. Very helpful staff and service was excellent. Location is next to Times Square with the MTR, shops and eateries within walking distance. The kitchenette is a plus and so is the self service laundry. Slippers and toiletries are provided. There is also a gym. -

The rooms are clean and the minimum needed in such a hot and humid city (water bottle and tea bags) are constantly provided. Also the Internet connection is pretty good. The bath space may seem too small but once inside you discover it is still convenient. To sum up, the WiFi Hotel address on Lockhart Road was also very close to that of "Berliner"

excellent for mtr and city inexpensive shops and wan chai computer
centre to buy everything with the best price hk. Moreover my room was so
small "iSelect" standart, but they changed it to iBusiness for
free . But it was anyway Real value even for money... You can always go
to guest lounge on the 5th level to have cookies and coffe or tea...

Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu - Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.
