The hotel is more than I've expected. The room is nicely laid out with everything I need and breathes a modern touch. The room is spotlessly clean. The free wifi (though only available in the public spaces) is a definite plus if like me you need on-line access always. Hotel staff are so friendly and location is ideal too - I can go Causeway Bay and Central so easily. location, staff, food, great view from the high floors.

This is ridiculous considering I stayed for 4 nights!!!. Little information available in room concerning hotel or city. the executive room were much smaller than i expected, it was fine but was surprised of how small it was. there was no way of getting taxi outside the hotel and there should be taxi service from the hotel. The Nooch bar was too small. The entry in the morning for breakfast was very -disciplined,', 'military like', and a bit unfriendly. Absence of a gym was a big let down. These will be very important issues for choosing Cosmo next time.limited selection of items for breakfast. Reception greeting on arrival (asked immediately if we would up-grade to a better room at £30/night more). Rate for 4 nights was 25% higher. Very poor service in breakfast room. Standard room was too small for 2 people with 2 weeks luggage. room is quite small. a little bit too far from MTR. the pillows where too hard and the walls too thin can hear the neighours all the time. The air conditioner was noisy and did not have much scope for adjusting the fan speed. The room was just a bit too small. Mattress was a also too hard but quite normal for HK hotels. bed cover was not clean. we could see stain and dirts and feel suddenly bad about that. And room was very cold. Breakfast was terrible (lack of variety and the quality of the products. Bad coffee, bad fruit, bad bread, etc.). Location not really convenient. Can get better rates for better hotels.Change rating of hotel.. Worst that 3***. the location is quiet far. bad service. The room size was very small and the prices charged where exhorbetent.You can't even delay check-out time for 1 hr!.
