We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. The staff were extremely friendly and English was great. The hotel room was very comfortable furnished brilliantly large Screen which I plugged my Apple TV in to. Shower was 10 out of 10. Food was brilliant I am from England and thought the Breakfast was lovely, I had the american break but was just like an english break, hash brown, sausage (which was good!) bacon beans (they must of been heinz!) Scrambled egg!

We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe
