We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. Highly recommend staying here. everything was excellent.we arrived in the morning but they gave us the rooms in 10 min.the rooms were very quiet,it was a pleasure to stay there.Superb service in lavish surroundings topped of by Michelin 2 star restraurants.

The hotel was excellent, the room very good, but almost blind! It looked on an alley with an office building few meters away nmaking it imposible to open the drapes seen by people. Also the closets very small.Poor bar - no draught beers. The Chinese lady at the front desk who did check-in for me could not speak Chinese. So, I had to talk to her in English, but her English was not good - pronunciation and listening is bad.The hotel lacks a view. We were placed on the 4th floor and looked straight into another room. Shame since its HK and it has such a beautiful harbor. Upgraded rooms better, swimming pool was shut for a week for maintainance which could have been informed.we were not able to get our rooms till 530pm and our request to have our 5 rooms together in the same floor was not fulfilled. however, they upgraded us to the next room category for the delay in their service. The lounge was booked by a party and therefor we missed a place to relax a little (maybe we could have asked more). despite our request for a non smoking room, the only available room is a very stinky smoking room that made our stay quite uncomfortable. no spa. Noise due to refurbishment work. small room.
