Great staff, Great location, Clean room with reasonable price. We had a great holiday in Hong Kong for 5 days. The hotel contacted us and guided us direction to the hotel before our flight to Hong Kong. Our room is very small but extremely clean, pillow and blanket are clean and without smell. Rooms are cleaned daily. Although the room is small but we were happy staying there, we spent a lot of time for going all places in Hong Kong and went back hotel to slept only, not need big room. me and my cousin stay here for 3 days and 2 nights. the place is very easy to find but we had a bit of difficulty finding it at first. thanks to ricky who even waited for us outside. the room is quite cozy and its really clean. even though the room is a bit small but they put everything properly. aside from ricky there is aunty whose also very friendly and welcomed us. we even left our luggages in the hallway. thanks to them.. im planning to go back next year with my nephews and ill stay her.
Great location, friendly staff will introduce attraction places,direction & transportation. The staff arranged us to stay at new & better building. Even those the room is very small, but facilities is like 4 starts hotel. Whatever basic need should have in hotel, everythings is ready & all have in room. The value of money is worth to pay for the caring of guests needs & modern room design for small area.

Awesome clean, modern and functional inn. Staff excellent and great wifi. Absolutely nothing to complain, everything to praise for value and budget friendly. Stayed 3 days 2 nights w my 17 yrs old son, very satisfied and happy w the great food just around hotel. Even walk to the new iSquare Mall at Nathan Rd 5 mins away for a movie. Many excellent food places there too.

The hotel is located in a central place 4 minutes by foot to the nearest MTR station and lots of pubs near the hotel if relevant.

The building is quite old and the rooms of hotel separate in two floor 5th and 6th of two building (very near each other). The smell in out side of rooms is not good because many people living in the apartment building. But we did not feel inconvenience.
the only thing that i didnt like is during our 2nd night the access card is not working. they left a note outside the door to call the number. but obviously we do not have a hongkong number to call them. i went down to the guard and ask a favor if i can use his cellphone.

Room is very small + without window, and this is normal for hk. But I do
not understand why it had no shelves on the walls or storage space under
the bed which was tall enough ... ?!? this little investment would make
the room nice enough to live in it. Like that, we had to keep clothes in
plastic bags in a corner, on the floor ... is a pity !.

Staffs weren't friendly! The location is weird where surrounded with a lot of sauna! There has only one lift and sometimes need to wait for ages!!!.
