The quality and price are well balanced. I really appreciate breakfast - it is not ostentatious but very adequate and relaxed atmosphere. Your staff (especially Elsie) had excellent social skills. I would recommend this hotel and return for further visits. Being able to sit quietly in the function room is a real bonus. It is respite from the busy Tsim Tsa Tsui commotion (like your promotional video suggests). I also really appreciated the staff taking my bag to Holiday Inn for the airport coach.

Save a lot of money from buying breakfast outside n the food are continental (eg: cornflakes, milk, bread, coffee etc).. Suitable for muslims 4. Near to MTR.....save time & energy..... 5. Beside 7Eleven....easy to buy anything you wish..... Reception staff was not very helpful but however we find the service staffs very friendly. I am very impressed by the bell- hop greetings and very cheerful whenever we entering/ going out of hotel. Good locations and good food nearby. The hotel area is bigger than other hotel with same rating. Appreciate the free breakfast provided. Fantastic location. Restaurants are all within walking distances. Even many places for liquor drinks. 2 minutes to K11 (shopping mall). A few 7-11 at various surrounding roads. Less than 5 minutes to the nearest MRT. Friendly staff. Cosy modern room with free wifi. It's near to food stall, jewelery shop, Watch shop, k11 Shopping Mall, Camera Shop & etc. 5 minutes walk from Tsim Shai Shui mtr Station. Just opposite the Hotel there is Pub if you need a beer. Nearby to 7 Eleven as well. We had a complementary upgrade from the standard room. Large room and bathroom. The breakfast was cheap and very substantial. Nice soft boiled eggs! Close to the K11 mall for shopping for young people. Location - next the the Holiday Inn in Kowloon - probably the first time I stayed in hk where I did not have to venture far, but as my business are all in Kowloon - it was easy. The music in the function room, was one track (Bridge over Troubled Water) played repeatedly on a loop. It actually drove me out of the room, because hearing it 50 times in a row was too much!!. 1. The room is much smaller than the pictures shown... 2. No iron..... Wanted to extend my stay over the weekend but prices was steep. If you had not stay in Xi Hotel before it's a very difficult place to find. It is Opposite k11 Shopping Mall & it is hidden behind the row of Shop Houses. We came around the 'back way' to this hotel and the area lookers terrible ! Approach from the mall side and you'll feel much better about yourself !!. May not be a fair comparison my last stay was in a suite at the jw Marriott... But here goes: Small space and no view : this is a place to sleep and nothing else. Minimal channel on tv. Sometimes the room smell a bit like rotten vegetables, maybe it's the drainage. The shower did not leave be feeling clean... Maybe the water is hard on the Kowloon side. Would have preferred scrambled eggs over hard-boiled eggs. Shower door not closing properly. Lifts are so small. Only hard boiled eggs for breakfast - would have liked a choice of styles. Room size is much smaller than described on letsbookhotel.com. There was not enough room for the luggage. Breakfeast, nice to be included, but exactly the same every morning. Only ok for one or two nights. What's not to like? It was great all around. Hot water turns cold suddenly many times. Not much choices for breakfast. Several times a week like clockwork at around 2-3am the police come and bust the local bars that operate on the street below. Its noisy for about 10 minutes then it subsides. Its not a problem for me as I am a heavy sleeper but for others it might be a problem. I wish the bed is bigger, at a queen size. They dont have concierge to help you carry your luggage, especially if you have big one and more than one piece. The lift is too small. Waiting time for the lift. Water temp. changes in the shower. Lack of facilities. Slow check in ad only one person on desk and she spent too much time talking to a guest while people were waiting to check in. Nothing. The receptionist could learn to be more friendly and polite. Rather monotonous breakfast - same every day - a little varielty would be nice. Nescafe sache in room included 2 sugars - I don't have suger!! There were 3 tea varieties why not an option for coffee?. Breakfast could have more variety. choice of beer in their wine bar. Towel quality. more recreational facilities, little large rooms,. Difficult to adjust for ideal water temperature for shower. Either too cold or too hot. Everything was perfect. Menu a little poor best to eat out. one staff was not friendly. nothing.
