Everything is o.k. Location, clean and comfort room, nice breakfast room, rich breakfast with fruit salad. Free breakfast was very tasty. The staff was helpful and did not mind speaking English. My bed was comfortable, the room had lots of convenient surfaces to put things, and the breakfast was a better quality than many other hotels I have stayed at, including hot dishes. It was really charming, I would definitely stay again. The hotel is situated at 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main station. The conditions in the room are decent, and so are the breakfast and the staff. It's good value for the money.Parking was a huge benefit and the hotel was nice and clean. Nice room, more space, sweets at the pillow and even a safe, a table and an additional chair-bed.It was further from the Hauptbahnhof than expected, and in quite a non-descript neighbourhood rather than the slightly romantic position suggested on the hotel's own web site. The third bed in our room was a folded down sofa rather than a proper bed, and not very comfortable. We were not told that because we had a special room rate through Booking.com we would have to settle the bill in cash. too far away from the city centre, you need to walk 15-20 minutes to get to the centre, unless you take a tram or subway. the breakfast was OK, but too expensive for what's offers. compared to hotels where the breakfast is included in the room price not really that great.We had forgotten that breakfast was not included in the price and 8 euros was a bit steep for what was on offer. Although it's double bed room, the bed still separtely placed. And a little bit far from both S or Metro station.2 things; lack of support with the internet wlan which worked once with safari and then would not run at all. 2) Some guests smoked inside and were very loud as late as 11pm. It had a noisy bar down below. The room was quite small but because the price was good, we can't really complain - as you get what you pay for.Lack of space in 3-person room. Third bed was merely a base (had no mattress). Credit card machine was not working when I went to check out. The categorization of the hotel is far from reality. I'd give it at most **. The room was small and fairly old.I booked the hotel also because of the free Internet available, however it could not be used properly from my room on the fifth floor, so I had to work in the lobby.
