The location of the Hotel is great, exactly next to city center. The staff are efficient, friendly and were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and diverse. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. We easily found parking place for our car next to the hotel every day. all reviews » Everybody at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had a nice garden view. The hotel is quite near to the city center, approximately 10 minutes walking. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s good value for money. Reception staff is very friendly. Breakfast is common but no complain. Some reviewer says no wifi connection from their room and when I check-in staff said connection is only for common area, but I could connect from my single room on the top floor. Reception staff very helpful. There was a mix-up when I booked which they sorted out very quickly and amicably. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast (included) limited but decent. Location ideal for Circus Krone and main railway station. It's a very pleasant no-nonsense budget hotel very close to the city centre (10-15 minute walk from the Marienplatz). Thick tobacco smoke. Only problem was the outside noise... They are renovating and started work way to early in the morning. There is no elevator. No air-conditioner. The breakfast area is so small that everyone has to jostle to get his/her stuff. It should be expanded and more variety should be introduced. Breakfast might be better, it was rather simple. And for us it was a bit difficult to feed our small children as. for examle. there was no porridge. no lift but its ok if you dont have heavy luggage. Very small but clean rooms. Soft mattresses. Wifi only reachable in the front rooms. Had to climb the staicase to 4th floor as there was no lift. No eleveater. for long stay the morning breakfast becomes monotonous. A key for the safe in room 5. stairs.
