very nice and uncomplicated staff; hotel with "own character"; nicely furnished rooms; good location (close to the railway station). Comfy bed, fantastic breakfast. the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful!. I arrived earlier than check in time after all night flight - was offered a cup of coffee by the very friendly front desk lady while the room was cleaned and then allowed early entrance to the room. Choice of Food at Breakfast and the help from all the staff to speak in English. The location of the hotel so close to the main rail station. best value for money i have experienced in a long time. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. if you can live with old-fashioned interior and relatively small rooms, this is probably one of the best places to stay in duesseldorf. superb location, 2min walking from the central station.Friendly staff, very clean rooms, convenient location next to central train stations. Don't choose the hotel for its fitness facilities: the pool is tiny and insufficiently heated, so that the water is too cold even in the summer. Sauna, also tiny, needs to be requested in advance.Having to pay for car parking but it was not applicable. there was a lot of noise from other guests at 5 am;. The wooden floor is too noisy when someone pass through. the weak oint is that devices in the hotel getting very old. my bed was not strong flat and for this reason asked for changing but they change the room with a bit better condition. still bed is not in right way. i could say that it would be also good for this hotel to plan to change the TV sets which is very old and small.the room could be more clean - shelves was covered by dust, and I heared all that happend in the next room. the bathroom (toilet room) was freezing inside, no heating there. room was dated, but it is currently being updated. The furnitures in the room are old. the room was cold. Hotel needs to be upgraded. too expensive even it's during Messe's season. The room was very small. Bathroom to small. Ridicilous for this price.

Our familiar Hotel is centrally situated and only 2 minutes away from the Central Rail Station.
It takes about 10 to 15 Minutes to arrive at Königsallee and the Altstadt with the "World's longest bar". The exhibition halls can be reached easily by underground.
