The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, could not fault in anyway. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Dom and HBF. Rooms clean and spacious, with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Breakfast great choice and plentiful, Moon Bar open 24 hours with a good choice of drinks. We were there when tempretures were in the 30s and although no air con a fan was provided.

No safe in room - but hotel felt so secure we were not worried.it would have been nice if somehow a small chest of drawers could have been in the room so I could unpack my suitcase. No air conditioning.not easy to reach with the GPS, but on foot , no prob, really close to the station. Bar was a bit strange !!!. Really it is very noicy in the rooms from road side. Internet is free, but, at best, incredibly weak. Very hard to getconnected. Also, the hotel was very difficult to find. Better directionsfrom the rail station to the hotel are needed.Location. Could have used more mains sockets.Would prefer tea/coffee making facilities in room like in england. It would have been better if they had an actual luggage room, but leaving our bags at the reception was no problem anyway.A bit remote from City center but I didn't find anything more central. Poor parking facilities. Adult channels were on the TV and any child who pressed the remote could have accessed them. Apart from that no problems at all. The internet-service can improve.Could also be better air in the sleeping-room.Not the best area to stay in. Hotel was not having elevator. noisy room face to high way. It was not very easy to negotiate the one way system in the city. The bathroom was tiny but clean (fortunately the shower cubicle was quite spacious). If we were to stay here for more than just one night we would have preferred not to have windows into the escape shaft.The hotel is small so when some people are smoking in their rooms or in the bar downstairs the smoke penetrates to non-smokers' rooms. A double bed should be a double bed and not two single beds pushed together. This seems to be the practice throughout much of Europe but it is a little uncomfortable. Internet connection too weak : I never could connect ! . Being english i missed my early cup of tea. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast time was a bit hit and miss, they tended to run out of the popular items such as yogurt and eggs, although these were replenished upon request. Rooms we used suffered traffic noise.there was no elevator. the international phone calls extremely expensive. May be that the service during the breakfast was a little slow.
