This was my second stay because I enjoy this hostel's quiet location. It is meters from the famous Dom and main train station. We came for the Christmas markets and it was wonderful. The rooms were warm and not completely full so it was very peaceful. Very good location. I booked three beds in four-beds female room. It is a big room with good facilities. And also has lockers for big luggage. Wifi is available in room. Very good value for money!.

Almost everything is great for the money they charge. Great value, saved a fortune compared to a hotel. Near to the train station. Cosy bed and clean. Cozy atmosphere Clean Good sleep. Thanks the guy helps me . it is very close to the central station, 5 mins by walking. very convenient. the public kitchen is wonderful. the staff is nice, helpful. location and value of money during the international trade fair period. The equipment is good and compact. Location and staff were great. I forgot that they don't have hand towels or soap in the bathroom so to properly wash your hands is not possible unless you bring or buy soap and a small towel. No lift. A little bit noisy in the morning. Wi-Fi didn't work in our room on level 2. It was fine in the kitchen /reception. Towels not included in price. You can hear the rumbling of the trains in the morning - not for light sleepers. this year is really hot in Germany and with no AC its very hard to sleep.... also its next to main road so its noisy when you sleep with the window open. 1. a liitle bit noisy in the morning. 2. no wifi in the room. no elevator or escalator... No towels. The staf inside the office didn't even care to attend at the check- in counter. I was left standing at the counter without any clue. for a foreign traveller, the guide for how to reach the hotel is not quite clear, coz if you come from the train station, you need to across a coner under the bridge, but the staff did not tell me before. Except this one, it is a still a great hostel for backpackers. Internet range is not reachable by iPad in 1st floor, No lift if you are carrying heavy baggage. price. The room is so much noisy due to a mass of traffic. Especially in first floor. I think that maybe the window is old-type, can't stop the noise... no elevator, not convenient for the travelers who take luggage. the bed is not very comfortable. very simple. The hotel is good but my roommate is snoring so loudly and one of them even taking shower in 5 a.m. which make me hardly sleep. Bedding was the most uncomfortable during my stay in Germany, while the mdf/chipwood bed was tiny. If put on the fourth floor, be prepared for a long walk upstairs. Can get very noisy at around 1-2am when people look for a bed after a night out. the stairs,the bad it was with two stars..
