Beautiful contemporary design. The breakfast buffet provided very good food. The room was spotless. The swimming pool is part of the rehab center and a real find if you want to swim laps. When we used it, no one else was in the pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay again in heartbeat. Near an enormous palace in a quiet neighborhood. Short taxi ride to Tegel airport. Because this hotel is really part of a hospital, it is rather unconventional. But it is spotlessly clean, and clinically run! The swimming pool doubles as a therapy pool for patients, so may not always be available, but it too was spotlessly clean, and I loved having it. Generous breakfast buffet was included in our special deal, and was good. Car parking was free and plentiful.

The word "clean" is not enough to describe the way it looks. Spa is a well deserved premium after a long day of driving. The hotel is close to the airport. The beds are comfortable and the staff is efficient and helpful. Berlin is a great town to travel in. Located near the Charlottenburg Palace, there are museums and good restaurants near by. Great location and very reasonably priced. Short walk to U and S Bahn stations. Also car parking facility. Easy to get around from the hotel without being right in the middle of the city. Breakfast facility was excellent. The Hotel was close to the train and tramstation. There was also a busstop in front of the hotel. It's in a good location. Room was clean and breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly - most of the time. Close to the airport. Facilities in the room were just as described and pictured on the net. The service is very good and the hotel is very well placed near the Schloss Charlottenburg. Combination with busses and metro are excellent. The Hotel itself is clean and there is a wonderful pool. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was nice parking was free. Good hotel, good breakfast. -Quiet. Not much. The only drawback is distance to metro line. To access our rooms we had to walk past rooms labelled Rheumatologie and Orthopedie. We did wonder if we were in the right place for a while. Without a car, I would not recommend going here. There is a bus service, but otherwise it's a bit of walk to the nearest S-bahn (Westend). Would be nice to be able to use the pool earlier in the evening (only available 8.00-10.00pm in the evening and 6-8am). It was like a nursing home and the staff could be a little bit rude and angry if your little child make some noise. Swimmingpool could be used only on spesific hours. The pool is not always available; you need to inform yourself about the access time. It was a bit disconcerting when we were having our meal on the terrace and patients were being wheeled past us on stretchers. The fact that there wasn't any air condition. The chairs in the restaurant need a cleanup. connected to hospital (sharing the same building) cancellation policy. The Wi-Fi is not free. Our TV did not work. The batteries in the remote were dead. We arrived late. Rather than deal with the rather stiff man at the reception desk, I decided to go to sleep. Not all that welcoming. Shower head is positioned at the wrong angle. As a result, water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Not sure how you fix that since its a design flaw. you have to deposit 10EUR for the second door card. You are not easy to find a free parking spot close to hotel. Had to pay for wifi via credit card, restaurant a bit overpriced, affiliated with a medical clinic (which is not shown on their website) so it is more of a medical hotel pool is a therapy pool not within walking distance of other restaurants in town, so limited to dining in hotel. Internet was paid and failed during my visit, even though I paid for 5 days., In general paid internet is not a guarantee for proper internet. -Shower gel empty -Toilet not 100% clean. I asked for non smoking room and was put in a room which smelt heavily of smoke. They did change my room. It was advertised as having an indoor swimming pool, which by inference suggested it could be used all the time. When asked I was told it could only be used between 7 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. and then 8 p.m. - 10 p.m. - and then I had to wait until 8:30 p.m. for some patients in the next door hospital to vacate the pool.
