Bathroom was very clean, room was tiny but functional and quiet (although facing the street), bed was good, not too soft.Good location, politeness of staff. The hotel is close to the place where I want to go, clean, warm and not expensive. The staff has been extremely polite and friendly.Great breakfast. Well run family hotel. Location, breakfast. If so, it was ignored in this hotel!. smoke- area around because of restaurants door open and during way through .and last but not least: its a pity-- there is no place for my next trip in may-- not their falt ;-). The bar area, which you have to pass when entering the hotel, was very smoky.The staircase a bit noisy. The toilette is too small. Quite difficult even to use it. Somebody said me it is normal in Germany.Got cold at night. Was the heating turned off?. Dust. Small room,no elevator. No internet. The location was not as centralized as we had thought when booking theroom. We had to use taxi service quite a bit which got very expensive. Everyone there seems to smoke and although we had a no smoking room there was a constant smell of smoke.They promised to provide free Internet access, but when we asked, they said no. Thus, it is a kind of misleading. Also, after we checked out, we asked if can seat for a while in the lounge, but we are asked to buy coffee if seating there.
