I liked that it was a little apartment with a seperate kitchen andentanceway. It was more like a minature home. I liked that I mentionedwhen I came for the key that I wanted a cab at 4:30 in the morning andit was there the next day right on time. Very quiet hotel with room facing courtyard; access to basic cooking facilities; very pleasant residential neighborhood; close to U-Bahnstation.

I was never given new towels, sheets, etc. The shower was tiny. Would have preferred a room that faced courtyard instead of street.Too small shower room. Nobody warned us that there no possible to get breakfast. difficulty with checking out before 8 am. There was no telephone in the room. too small shower room, not possible for big guys to turn around. quality of curtain needs big improvement.The reciption open hour is too short, only 8:00 to 20:00. poor internet service. Bed was small , so was shower stall. No housekeeping service and you had to request change of towels. No breakfast, internet was expensive [1 euro for 15 minutes.] Also they tried to overcharge but I printed out letsbookhotel.com form so that worked out okay. When I used the very tiny shower, the water went everywhere in the bathroom. Breakfast was very basic but ok. The lounge bar closed earlier than announced.Staff said rooms are cleaned once in 3 days. It is a lie. A room was not cleaned at all and towels were not changed during our entire stay (6 days). Definitely not 3 stars! Not recommended if staying more than 1 day. Double room is very small (about 20 sq. meters incl. shower). Perhaps pictures in letsbookhotel.com are for suite? Tried to overcharge at checkout, but letsbookhotel.com printout worked out OK.
