The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was within a short walking distance away. Every easy to get around and see the sights. There was a train/metro station just 2-3 minutes outside of the hotel door. Perfect location to explore Berlin. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Anhalter Bhanhof station. An excellent buffet breakfast. Clean modern rooms with all facilities. Bike hire available from reception.

Very good location, 10 min away on foot from Potsdamer Platz. Room somewhat small but perfectly adequate. Good breakfast. Bathroom Breakfast. The building of a hotel is nice and the rooms are quite new and well desinged. Internet is a bit slow but it works. Wi-Fi not very good. Free WiFi: It was for free but it wasn't a wifi!. Our friends that also stayed didn't have such a good experience as us. They wanted an extra bed in their room for a small child and it was difficult to organise. They did have to change their original booking of two rooms down to one because the husband had to return for work but the staff could have been more helpful. The location is a little difficult. Is a bit too far from Potsdamer Platz. The closest S Bahn station needs three train changes from the central locations of Berlin. lack of usual facilities such as shower cap, body lotion etc. also a water kettle would not be bad to have. no fridge but possibility to buy drinks at a machine. Internet! just 128Kbps and it is extremely slooooooow! This was important criteria for me. shower attachement part broken. no minibar or fridge in the room. 1)Housekeeping that was not available all times in case something happens, 2)just one soap in the bathroom, not lotion or bath shower or shampoo... Cleaniness in the room is just something, that housekeeping division does not know: very dirty up arrival and even more dirtier when they had to make up my room during my stay..... Wi-Fi is very slow and unstable, moreover in my room (500) there was no signal at all((((( upon arival in my room there were no tv remote control .... it took 4 times to ask the reception staff to give that remote control Very dissapointing. Also very poor breakfast.....
