Very nice clean hotel, with great amenities. The bed was wonderful, the best in our 5 city / 5 hotel trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and more importantly I would book it again for myself. Staff was very efficient and helpful with directions, tourist info etc. Location was great - interesting calm neighborhood and very close to metro stop.two minute walk to the U-Bahn - quiet and comfortable beds.

The room was quiet and clean, and there was three pillows, which I liked very much, because they are usually too soft for me. The subway is nearest to the hotel, just few meters: no waste of time.the tub (shower) might be difficult for some people. I like the hotel but the family room which said can accommodate 3 and will not add anything unless you ask for additional bed is not true. The rate given to me was 99 euros which I paid ahead in full through my card. When I checked in I was ask to pay 168 euros per day( there are 3 of us) instead of the additional 21 euros for an additional person and that is without breakfast.Actually I made a mistake when reserving because did not notice which ohmstrasse it really was (I did not know that in Berlin there were more than one ohmstrasse). Thought I was booking a room in a hotel in center of town. Anyway, with the U- and S-Bahn there were really no problem. the only thing - quite far from centre and you have to change subway at least once, it takes plus 30 minutes for all your trips. WiFi access - it should be included in the price of the room and was in the last hotel I stayed in in Bergamo. internet price is terribly high!. Overpriced Breakfast (18 euros), no room coffepot, Only English languafe station was CNN News, Restaurant had poor offering, Shower entry - exit was dangerous. Wi-Fi internet connection was overpriced. They need a room microwave. Typical European hotel lack of amenities. The Accor hotels in USA need to be used as a model. First of all, the quality of the room seemed better in the photos; then, I didn't like the shower because of a ugly plastic curtain. Finally the hotel is really far from the center: it takes you half an hour at least to join the centre (mitte). Last thing: I paid by credit card for three nights in advance, but they asked me 30 euros more as guarantee if I had take something from the fridge.
