Excellent modern and clean facilities, v comfortable room and great staff, location was great too - located in West Berlin and about 10 mins walk to Zoo, 2 mins walk to closer u-bahn stop. Room was serviced daily - no matter what time we left the room which was great. Staff at reception were extremely helpful - bringing us an ice bucket and glasses for NYE pre-drinks! V Good restaurants and bars nearby!.

The staff were really helpful, and it was in a good location. I felt super comfortable there and I'd say it was the best hotel I've stayed in the entire trip. If I return to Berlin I would definitely stay there again.The staff at Hotel Otto - from reception to housekeeping and breakfast personnel is uniformly friendly and concerned with the guest's well being. I came down with the flu my last day at the hotel and the front desk manager had the breakfast service press fresh lemon juice for me to battle the flu. Next time in Berlin I will stay in Hotel Otto again. Compared to typical corporate hotels in Europe, the room was very large, they had free Wi-Fi Internet, and REAL coffee (french press) in the room (rather than instant). It is in a very nice area of Berlin (Charlottenburg) and is convenient to the U-Bahn. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and the room price was very reasonable for Berlin.very attentive staff, spacious and quiet room with all the necessary toiletry. I missed cotton pads in bathroom :). the stairs between elevator. We personally found the beds to be too firm. Breakfast was a bit pricey.It was hot and we were on the ground floor. A fan or air con in eachroom would be my only suggestion for the hotel. Reception not open before 7h a.m.just the breakfast is expensive, it cost 13euro on top. Rooms were a bit hot (at night), even though the outside temperature was well below freezing!.
