First time in an appartment on hols on a city break and if you have young children it is great as they can go to bed in other room while parents can stay up and read/watch tv etc.Flowers was a great location near u bhan (3 mins) on foot and many great resturants.Alexanderplats only 1 u bhan stop away.Lovely big appartment,very quite and clean with all you need for a nice stay,even crossiants and coffee in reception every moring. we would stay here again if going to Berlin.

Technics, furniture, equipment, stuff are very fine and new, good well known producers (AEG, Toshiba, etc.). Delicious croissants in the morning. Coffee. Clean, fresh. Large comfortable lift. It was one of my best rooms/apartments abroad. Well located, between two different subway stations (different lines), 2-3 minutes walk. Alexander Platz is 7-10 minutes walk. Love the location of this place! Great neighborhood with independently owned shops/boutiques and great restaurants. Close to metros. Staff is very friendly. Beautiful apartments, very well-stocked & furnished (i.e. kitchen items, bathroom toiletries). This was our second time staying here and we would definitely stay again!. Keyholes in all doors, inside and out, have some sort of moving ring that makes them difficult to use (a small thing, but there you are); small convenience stores are a rarity in this chic neighborhood. If any suggestion to the owners - leaving a map where the nearest groceries are marked would be of great help. Not applicable, everything was perfect. It was very hot during our stay and there was no air-conditioning so a portable fan would have been useful. Nothing. Not that keen on memory foam mattress. The fruit juice in the fridge was open and there were relatively few cooking tools - so we didn't cook. But that was probably an advantage!. No points come to mind. though having parking card for residents, the parking during the day was impossible (I reflected this fact into rating of the hotel above). Can't think of anything I did not like. real breakfast would've been cool. -. The shower was temperamental and at times took ages to heat up. Nothing. The curtains didn't black out enough daylight, meaning we woke up very early as we were there in Summer. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing.
