Beautiful hotel, lovely and helpful staff, fantastic location!. Near Alex Platz and nearby bakery and minimarket.It was calm, clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Great location near Alexanderplatz, very luxurious.The location is pretty amazing - central, close to boutiques, restaurants and bars and yet not noisy. I enjoyed the hotel's understated luxury and modern decorum. Totally trivial touch that made my day: the complimentary Bulgari toiletries - they were fabulous!.
