  The room was quite nice (though if we compare the room to middle eastern standards then we might say small). However as per European standards it was a decent room.   Receptionish was excellent and her command of English was superb. Very patience with some guest who was very irrate. Location was prfect for my needs. - Lovely staff, fantastic location, just beside Red Bus stop, will recommend this hotel to friends, should have had breakfast there.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful with suggestions/reservations for restaurants and arrangements for airport transfers (a taxi van for 5 including our massive luggage.) We would have expected to pay the fee for personal emails.
