The location of the hotel is perfect and the view from the room to L'Arc de Triomphe is wonderful. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and worth every cent. The room was good and the bathroom up to the Scandinavian standards. The staff is polite and obliging. The courtesy and friendly professionalism of the staff was superb, No request was left unattended to. A true 4 star hotel in every respect - standard,quality of service, proximity to transport and general ambiance.

The location is very good, close to just about every kind of shopping one would need, and proximity to major metro lines for getting around the city. the staff is friendly and everyone speaks english.My room which was very well appointed and comfortable, had a wonderful view of the Arc du Triomphe. I have stayed there before despite its rather high price (€325) and have always felt welcome. The Pre du Carré (its restaurant) was not quite as impressive as last time but this was probably my fault as I may have chosen unwisely and there is no question as to the excellence and subtlety of the cuisine. As far as I am concerned I would recommend the hotel with some enthusiasm.the bathroom needed redecoration. Smell in the toilet the moment you enter even after they've cleaned it. They should put a little table and chairs in the balcony.Very expensive for the size of the room and quality.
