The hotel was very clean even though the room was not very large. Breakfast was really nice and we had a nice view from our room. I really liked the location of the hotel and its easy access to train station and champs elysse.It is ideally situated.I liked the convenience of its location and the local surroundings,restaurants,shopping center,cinemas,etc. location for ryanair bus stop just around the corner..and 5min walk from the arc/champs...

The service in the hotel restaurant was very slow and the prices were very high. a tea / coffee maker should be in the room.the below was not comfortable. the brakefast is expensive. The view from window. I thought dressing gown and slippers should have been provided. The shower in the executive suite was perfect but i tink there cud be bigger doors on it because i found the floor to get very wet during the shower. standard parisien ;-) - small room; ammenities for one person - not for two as booked. No hot water kettle to make tea/coffee in the room. No comlimentary drinks i.e. water/juice/cafe/tea in the room. Rooms are very small.check in time is very late should be from 10:00am. With a view on the eifeltower from the president club lounge, too bad that the management was not prepared to keep the lounge open on new year's eve, but decided to close at 2300 as usual. One hour extra could have meant a lot. Valetparking - not enough staff - sometimes took 15-20 mins to get our car, which is too long. Drinks not cheap - but similar to other 4/5* parisien hotels.The television arrangement in the renew rooms is too complicated with poor picture. The smell of the carpet of the room, I chose not smoker but the carpet smelled cigarette.The reception tema was not coooperative when I reached 2 hour earlier to my check in. They force me to stay up to 3 PM or change my room. They tries to change my room for more money. room was too small. the bed to strong and not confortabl. Further to above, I'd like the cleaning staff to take care that things like asstray to be on place. Also, to refill the batches, used for breakfast ordering and hanged out of the door by night.The room was clean and new; however quite small. Breakfast was not included in the price and it was fairly expensive. This however seems to be the custom in Paris. Impersonal large 'factory' like hotel, small room for 4 star, exceptionally high prices for lobby drinks and breakfast that do not match facilities.
